We are a well-established, innovative company, providing services to the highest of standards. We are BRC accredited achieving AA rating year-on-year, and AA+ for our last audit. Our latest certificate for 2023 - 2024 is available to download here. The company has built a credible reputation with long-standing relationships, resulting in a stable and growing customer base. Initially a temperature controlled courier, over the years many of our customers have turned to us for their regular temperature controlled transport requirements. We strive to be the number one choice for both the temperature controlled courier and transport industries.

Our team

The Cool Cube team have a combined experience of over 100 years within the transport industry and we use this experience to build upon our reliability and expertise. The Company Directors, have ensured healthy company growth throughout the years and excellent customer service has always been, and continues to be, the company's priority. Our Management Team ensure our strict policies and procedures are adhered to and that we liaise with customers, keeping you updated every step of the way with their consignments. Our Transport Coordinators are always ready at the end of the telephone day and night to help you with your specific needs and to expertly coordinate your individual requirements. Our 60+ vehicles are regularly maintained and we work closely with the RHA with whom we have a long-standing relationship. The Company’s pool of experienced, professional drivers take pride in their work and have excellent customer service skills while ensuring your deliveries arrive safely. We are all part of a fantastic team where we work towards the same goal, which is providing an excellent service to customers and belonging to a great business which really cares and takes pride in its reputation.

As a temperature controlled courier company we offer a flexible service that operates around the specific needs of the individual customer. We are ideally situated in the middle of the M1, A1, M62 and M18 with our head office in South Yorkshire which is operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year with instant access to the UK and Europe. This means we can instantly fulfil any requirement whatever time of day or night. As holders of an international operator's licence we make frequent deliveries to Europe. We ensure your consignment will be delivered on time, every time where timescales can be met. Your consignment is monitored constantly for progress and temperature, ensuring parameters are being met. 

Our hand-picked fleet means we are highly cost effective

We invest heavily in our fleet. Our vehicles consist of dual temperature bodies, tail lift operated equipment and sleeper cabs. Our 60+ fleet ranges from sample vans to 26 pallet articulated vehicles. This enables us to safely transport your frozen, chilled and ambient requirements using the appropriate vehicle cutting down on waste. We are aware that the demands on supply chain costs have become ever greater and our mixture of vehicles means we are able to offer our customers the most cost-effective vehicle according to their requirements. Our modern fleet ensures that our customers receive a reliable service. All our vehicles are satellite tracked using the very latest in transport technology including live temperature monitoring (PDF reports available instantly 24 hours per day) and ensuring on-time performance, enabling us to offer regular updates to customers. All vehicles are maintained and cleaned to vigorous standards after every consignment to ensure 24/7 compliance with BRC.

Our dedicated service 

We offer only dedicated services ensuring that the carefully selected vehicle is only used on that individual delivery. We do not offer groupage services nor do we subcontract out any of our work, enabling us to keep in full control at all times.
